The project is founded on a thorough needs analysis of EU countries and Ukraine in a transferable model of innovative and fit-to-market specialized training of IT business leaders followed by a system analysis in the participating nations and a number of in-depth desk research and interviews, all the while consciously gathering and adapting the partners' best practices and resources. Throughout the course of the project, a lot of emphasis will be placed on the knowledge triangle composed of trainers, trainees, and market representatives from the EU and Ukraine, as well as specialists from advantaged target groups and external evaluators. The TransLeader project focuses on the possibilities of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) systems to solve problems in management, industry, engineering, logistics, administration, and education; evaluations of existing AI and IoT systems and tools, focusing on comparative studies and user experience; economic, social, and cultural impacts of AI and IoT to help higher education institutes (HEIs) keep up with the rapid development of emerging industries. The project aims to develop common EU competencies for skills-building
systems using the capabilities of AI and IoT in the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) sector, thus meeting the labor market needs of skills shortages and gaps in all sectors. At the same time, the project is going to improve the relevance of providing training in the fields of AI and IoT to support Higher education in Ukraine during these difficult times. TransLeader envisages the development of a new curriculum related to the application of AI and IoT to improve the management quality of modern ecosystems. This way, students will equally improve their knowledge of how to use IT tools, develop AI and IoT solutions to work on new business cases, improve the social environment, and solve security issues by applying skills they have gained, thus improving accessibility for all.
