Dissemination

Sharing and promoting the project results is considered one of the main activities during the implementation period.
Distribution will occur first at a micro-level, to all participants in the project e.g. via reporting, internal newsletters, or regular project meetings. Since all the project partners are up-to-date with the ins and outs of the project, they will be able to contribute optimally to the dissemination activities.
At meso-level the following target groups will be addressed:
1. Enterprises, industries, SMEs, and start-up companies. All partners will exploit the network of their members and contacts to disseminate the project results and outputs. These members will also be motivated to participate in the open dialogue for the competencies needed to comment on the strategy to be followed for the mitigation of skill gaps and additionally to cooperate with HEIs for thesis supervision.
2. Students, graduates, alumni, VET learners who are on the "hunt" to create a competitive CV relevant to the AI and IoT field will have the opportunity to access the deliverables and learning material, as well as to gain knowledge on the competences
3. Access to the project's outputs will offer lecturers, academics as well as training staff at Vocational Education Centers significant added value, regarding their professional tasks. They will be able to re-consider and reschedule not only the curricula offered by their organizations but also adopt new teaching/training methodologies, according to the market demands.
At the macro level, the project will disseminate all the relevant information and outputs to the National agencies, for them to act as an intermediary between national and European authorities. Additionally, regional bodies and professional organizations that are involved with the promotion of employability skills for improving business competitiveness will be targeted. This will facilitate the delivery of interesting developments and outputs to the attention of policymakers, that deal with unemployment issues. Public authorities, NGOs, regional bodies, and professional organizations can utilize the project outputs to mitigate unemployment issues and boost AI-related skills to increase local businesses' competitiveness. The above-mentioned target groups have been selected strategically, for the impact of the project to be optimized
