The TransLeader project is pleased to announce the publication of its research findings, titled “Methodology for Identifying Best Practices in IT Leadership Competencies for AI and IoT,” (Vasyl Martsenyuk, Piotr Szymura, Georgi Dimitrov, Mauro Figueiredo, Oleksii Bychkov) featured within the monograph "Technical Informatics and Artificial Intelligence."

This work, developed as part of activity A2.2 “Learning activities,” introduces a framework for identifying and analyzing best practices in knowledge transfer among universities, businesses, and academic institutions worldwide. The methodology emphasizes the importance of distinguishing between hard skills, soft skills, and competences, encouraging collaborative approaches to leadership development. By leveraging these insights, the framework informs curriculum design aimed at nurturing IT professionals who excel both technically and organizationally.

Aligned with the goal of harmonizing EU educational standards, the project enhances the mobility and competitiveness of IT professionals across Europe. The research, further detailed in activity A3.7, outlines practical strategies and outcomes to prepare graduates for leadership roles in industries driven by Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things.

This publication is a testament to TransLeader’s commitment to bridging academia and industry, equipping IT leaders with the skills necessary to succeed in an interconnected, technology-driven world.
