Online Meeting of the Project Steering and Quality Assurance Teams hold on 25.09.2024

The project Steering and Quality Assurance Teams, comprising representatives from the partner institutions, held an online meeting (25.09.2024 17:00-18:30 CET) to review and plan various tasks related to the ongoing collaboration. Participants included representatives from:

1. University of Bielsko-Biala, Poland (UBB)
2. University of Library Studies and Information Technologies, Bulgaria (ULSIT)
3. University of Algarve, Portugal (UAlg)
4. Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine (TSNUK)
5. Rekord SI, Poland

Agenda Highlights:

1. Reporting on the To-Do List 
Institutional coordinators from all partner institutions presented their progress on the assigned tasks. This session ensured that all partners were aligned and updated on the project's key deliverables.

2. Presentation on Methodology for Best Practices Collection 
Vasyl Martsenyuk led a session on the methodology for collecting best practices. This was a crucial discussion aimed at standardizing how best practices across institutions would be gathered for further analysis.

3. Task Distribution for WP2 Results 
Institutional coordinators took responsibility for distributing tasks related to Work Package 2 (WP2). The key actions include:
- A2.2: Collection of the Best Practices
- A2.3: Setup of Learning Requirements
- A2.4: Best Practice Analysis Report
- A2.5: Learning Requirements
- A2.6: Dissemination Materials and Workshop

This session ensured clarity on task ownership and timelines.

4. Planning the Webinar on Learning Requirements Setup 
The team planned a webinar to guide the process of setting up learning requirements, which will be a critical step in the project's development.

5. Transnational Meeting at ULSIT 
Georgi Dimitrov presented the initial plans for the upcoming transnational meeting (A3.1), scheduled to take place at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) in Bulgaria.

6. Financial Management Issues 
The meeting concluded with a discussion on financial management, ensuring that all institutions are in compliance with the budget and financial reporting procedures.

This productive session set a clear path forward for the project, ensuring that all tasks are on track and the partners are well-coordinated in their efforts. Further updates will be provided as the project progresses.
